The case has been marked by dramatic developments, including testimony from Flynn's mistress, Alleigha Botner. Botner read aloud from dark text messages exchanged between her and Flynn. In one message, Botner wrote that she wanted to kill Ashley Flynn, to which Flynn replied, "That makes two of us."
According to TMZ.com, the night before Ashley Flynn's alleged murder, Caleb Flynn texted Botner, "Actions will come tomorrow, February 16, a day I'll never forget."
