Influencer Clavicular has been charged in Massachusetts with one count of rape, along with drugging a person for sex and providing alcohol to a minor, according to a Monday report from The Bulwark. The charges stem from an alleged incident in May 2025.
The alleged victim has not been publicly identified, but the case appears to involve the same events described by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in a civil lawsuit she brought earlier this year.
A representative for Clavicular told TMZ.com, "She filed a lawsuit and doesn't include sexual assault as a count. She then amends it and adds it a couple of months later." The representative added, "She and her lawyer then go to police."
According to the representative, Clavicular is contesting the civil lawsuit and maintains that the influencer possesses evidence that contradicts her allegations. Sources close to Clavicular described the matter as a shakedown and told TMZ.com they "will be fighting this till the end."
Mendoza's civil suit alleges that Clavicular paid her $1,000 in May 2025, when she was 16 years old, to appear in videos for him and wanted her to serve as the female face of "looksmaxxing." She stated in the filing that she met Clavicular at a house in Cape Cod, Mass., where large quantities of alcohol were served and she became heavily intoxicated. According to her account, Clavicular had sex with her while she was too drunk to consent, and she says she awoke the following morning to find him having sex with her once more without her consent.
Because Massachusetts law sets the age of consent at 16, Clavicular does not face any child sex charges in connection with the allegations.
