Dorit Kemsley, a star of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has been accused by her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, of shutting him out of their children's schooling and daily life, according to a declaration filed in their divorce case and reported by TMZ.
The declaration was submitted on Monday, November 2, 2026, just hours before the former couple reached a confidential settlement regarding their finances. The two are still negotiating a custody agreement.
In the filing, PK Kemsley stated that Dorit Kemsley did not involve him in selecting their son's school. He described her "complete and intentional lack of communication and collaboration" on important decisions as "shocking and disheartening," according to TMZ.
PK Kemsley further claimed that Dorit Kemsley continues to make decisions without involving him. He said he receives no information from her about school events unless their son tells him directly, and that he learned through the children rather than from Dorit Kemsley that their son would attend his current school, TMZ reported.
The declaration also criticized Dorit Kemsley's parenting, with PK Kemsley describing her approach as "parenting from afar." He alleged that she "is not a present parent" and that "years ago, she began delegating her day-to-day parental responsibilities to the nanny and housekeeper," per TMZ.
PK Kemsley claimed that Dorit Kemsley had nannies pick up the children from school, prepare their meals, and handle other important tasks. Dorit Kemsley denies the allegations.
The financial settlement remains confidential, and the custody dispute is ongoing. Representatives for the couple have not publicly commented beyond the court filings.
