Farrah Aldjufrie has confirmed that Zach Goldsmith, her former costar on the Netflix series Buying Beverly Hills, is the father of her first child expected in November.
The 37-year-old real estate agent made the announcement via social media on Sunday, August 23, marking the first time she has publicly identified Goldsmith as her partner. Hours after the confirmation, Aldjufrie posted the couple's first public photograph together to her Instagram Stories.
The image captured a moment from the day the pair discovered they were expecting a baby boy. Aldjufrie appeared holding her cat, which wore a blue bow collar around its neck, while Goldsmith leaned toward them with his eyes closed and a smile on his face.
Video footage from the gender reveal celebration, recorded by Aldjufrie's younger sister Sophia Umansky and shared to Aldjufrie's account, showed Goldsmith embracing his partner as they learned their child's gender. The clip also captured Goldsmith kissing Aldjufrie's head and holding her in an extended embrace. Both continue to work together at The Agency, the real estate brokerage owned by Mauricio Umansky.
Aldjufrie, the daughter of Kyle Richards and Guraish Aldjufrie, first announced her pregnancy on July 3 through an Instagram post that did not identify the father. The post featured photographs from a maternity shoot and carried the caption: "My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026," according to Us Weekly.
Richards, 57, responded to the initial pregnancy announcement by commenting: "I can't wait for this new chapter!! I love you so much Fairy," Us Weekly reported. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also shares Sophia, 26, with her ex Mauricio, 56, as well as Alexia, 30, and Portia, 18.
Both Richards and Mauricio Umansky attended the gender reveal celebration on Sunday night, with each sharing footage from the event through their own Instagram Stories.
The relationship between Aldjufrie and Goldsmith had been the subject of speculation among viewers of Buying Beverly Hills, which Netflix cancelled after two seasons in 2024. The reality series followed The Agency's high-value property listings and Mauricio Umansky's family relationships. Fans noted apparent chemistry between the two real estate agents during the show's run, with some social media users on Reddit predicting Goldsmith was the father of Aldjufrie's child.
One Reddit user wrote in response to the pregnancy announcement: "You guys, she's liked a comment about the father being the realtor who was nervous to talk to her – assuming Zack Goldsmith," according to Us Weekly.
Goldsmith, who is already father to two sons from his previous relationship with Jennifer Hamilton-Goldsmith, has not yet publicly addressed Aldjufrie's pregnancy. He maintains an active social media presence featuring his sons, including a Sunday video showing him driving with one of his children and a family dog while reflecting on his "uncontrollable cuteness aggression" toward his boy.
