Raquell Brown, the wife of "Alaskan Bush People" personality Gabriel Brown, has filed for divorce, bringing an end to a marriage that lasted seven years. The petition was submitted on September 22, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
In the filing, Raquell Brown asserts that the marriage is "irretrievably broken." The couple has been residing apart since April, with Raquell Brown currently living in Minnesota and Gabriel Brown based in Washington. They are the parents of three children.
The separation was first reported by TMZ in July. According to the court documents, Raquell Brown states that the couple does not own real property. She is requesting that the court divide their personal belongings in a fair manner and assign responsibility for debts incurred after their separation to each individual.
Raquell Brown is also preserving her right to pursue both temporary and permanent spousal support. Additionally, she is asking that Gabriel Brown be responsible for her attorney fees and other costs associated with the divorce proceedings.
The filing further seeks child support, medical support, and contributions toward the children's daycare, long-distance transportation, and educational expenses, which include future college or vocational school costs. Raquell Brown has also requested that the court approve her proposed parenting plan.
