Jack Osbourne: Sister Kelly Finding Peace After Breakup

Jack Osbourne has provided an encouraging update about his sister Kelly Osbourne as she navigates significant life changes following her breakup and the loss of their father.

The 40-year-old spoke about his sister's current state during a recent conversation, describing how the 41-year-old television personality has found stability in her new routine. Kelly is "living her country life, and she's just doing her thing, being a mum," Jack told The Sun. He characterized his sister as being "in a happier place and she's got a good routine going."

According to Jack, Kelly has redirected her energy toward what matters most. "She's focusing on her and her son," he told The Sun. Kelly shares her son Sidney, born in November 2022, with Sid Wilson, 49.

The relationship between Kelly and Wilson came to an end in March when their engagement was called off. The couple had maintained a friendship spanning more than twenty years before transitioning to a romantic relationship in early 2022.

Kelly had expressed deep affection for Wilson during their time together. "After 23 years of friendship, I can't believe where we have ended up," she wrote via Instagram on Valentine's Day during their relationship. "You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sidney George Wilson."

Following the birth of their son, Kelly had discussed marriage plans with Us Weekly in October 2024. "I found my guy. We don't need the certificate, but I know Sid really wants to get married, so we will get married," she told the publication. She added that the traditional wedding ceremony held less significance for her personally, noting that she had already experienced numerous special occasions centered around herself.

Wilson had proposed in July 2025 at Ozzy Osbourne's final Black Sabbath concert. Tragically, Ozzy died that same month at age 76. According to a death certificate obtained by The Sun, the legendary musician died from cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease.

Kelly has been candid about the profound impact of losing her father. "It's been the hardest year of my life," she shared in an interview with Hello! published on Monday, August 31. "I'll never be the person I was before my father died … a part of me died, too."

The grief has fundamentally altered her perspective. "Everything is different. I'm different. Everything has changed, but it's just taking it one day at a time and putting the pieces back together in a way that you think will work," she told Hello!

Kelly described her approach to healing as methodical and patient, emphasizing the importance of mental health in her recovery process. "You've got to fix the head before you can fix the body. It's a slow process," she said in the interview. "It's going to take me a minute. I'm not going to be fixed in a day. I'm not going to be fixed on one therapy session. This is a lifetime of work I've got to do and continue to do for the rest of my life."

Through therapy, Kelly has gained insights into patterns established during her childhood. "It's great discovering things about yourself [in therapy], and the reasons why I do certain things that stem from my childhood. You go all the way back and you're like: 'Oh, my God, that's why I do that. That's crazy.' I'm getting to know myself in a whole new way, but it's a lot more healthy, I can tell you that," she told Hello!
