Rapper Lucki has been released from the hospital after sustaining injuries in a violent brawl near ComplexCon, and he is now publicly joking about wanting his car and money back.
According to TMZ.com, Lucki posted to Instagram on Monday, displaying bandages covering his face. In the post, he stated that his debit cards and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash were inside the vehicle, and he jokingly asked whether the LAPD were "tryna have some fun."
The rapper also indicated he had no clear understanding of what transpired during the chaotic incident, noting that there was "a lot going on."
As TMZ previously reported, the incident occurred on Saturday when Lucki was surrounded by fans in a parking lot. During the encounter, an unknown suspect struck him on the side of the face, resulting in a laceration. Multiple other individuals also sustained injuries in the altercation. Law enforcement sources told TMZ the matter is being investigated as an attempted murder.
Playboi Carti was in the vicinity when the fight erupted, according to TMZ's sources, though he was not involved in the altercation.
