Hip-hop artist Blueface has expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a $2.25 million estate in Moorpark, California, according to sources familiar with the transaction. The acquisition comes as the rapper welcomes a newborn son to his growing family.
The gated property spans more than 5,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views, and a four-car garage. The residence represents a significant upgrade for the artist, who recently relocated to the Moorpark community.
Christian Crane of Agents of LA represented Blueface in the transaction. The rapper arrived at the property in a Maybach Sprinter provided by Stratos, accompanied by Crane and Eric "C-Style" Yokoyama, a former Death Row Records producer who now works as a real estate investor.
The closing ceremony featured an unconventional gift from Agents of LA: a custom gold key adorned with an image of Jesus Christ. Photographs show the rapper wearing the ornate key as a necklace following the property transfer.
This marks the second collaboration between Blueface and Crane, who previously assisted the artist with a property purchase in Canyon Country. The ongoing professional relationship suggests the rapper has found a trusted advisor for his California real estate investments.
The transaction may have implications beyond residential real estate. Tai Savet, owner of Agents of LA and creator of the VH1 series "Love & Listings," was present at the property and hinted at potential television opportunities stemming from the deal.
"We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market," Savet told TMZ.
The purchase adds to Blueface's California holdings and provides substantial space for his expanding household. The Moorpark location offers privacy within a gated community while maintaining accessibility to the greater Los Angeles entertainment industry.
