The couple discovered they were expecting twins in early June, according to their account to TMZ.com. They subsequently learned that one of the babies did not survive. The remaining baby is reportedly healthy and due to arrive in February, coinciding with Keith Collier's birthday.
LaTisha Collier publicly announced the pregnancy on Tuesday, August 19, 2026, which also marked her 40th birthday. In her Instagram revelation, she described the pregnancy experience as difficult, citing severe exhaustion, persistent morning sickness, and an unexpected aversion to fried chicken, a food she previously enjoyed.

The pregnancy announcement arrives amid significant legal challenges for the reality star.
