State Police Seek Man in Vineland Credit Card Fraud

Authorities are turning to South Jersey residents for help in tracking down a man suspected of credit card fraud at a local shopping center.

New Jersey State Police released surveillance images Friday showing a suspect wanted in connection with unauthorized transactions made at Cumberland Mall in Vineland. The case began when a victim reported on June 27 that his debit card had been stolen and subsequently used for several purchases without his permission. Bank records traced those transactions to the Cumberland Mall location.

The man investigators are seeking is estimated to be between 40 and 50 years old. According to state police, he has a distinctive skin discoloration visible on his face and arms, particularly noticeable around his nose and mouth.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect wearing a blue baseball hat, blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and blue and white sneakers. The images show him departing the mall and entering a dark-colored Jeep SUV bearing New Jersey license plates.

State police are urging anyone who recognizes the individual or has information about this case to come forward. The distinctive physical characteristics and clothing details may help community members identify the suspect.

Tips can be reported by calling (856) 785-0036. All information provided to investigators will be valuable in resolving this case and protecting our community from further fraudulent activity.
