Social media streamer DeenTheGreat publicly instructed associates to bar a specific woman from boarding a yacht, citing her role as the plaintiff in a sexual battery lawsuit filed against professional boxer Adrien Broner.
During a live stream, DeenTheGreat warned companions not to allow the woman onto the vessel they were preparing to board, according to TMZ.com. The streamer referenced the ongoing legal action against Broner, whom he referred to as "AB" and described as a close friend.
DeenTheGreat stated they could not "be on there with" the woman and made disparaging physical comparisons during the broadcast. The streamer's real name is Nurideen Shabazz.
The lawsuit in question was filed in July by a woman named Havana Saint, who alleges Broner sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in June after she refused to perform sexual acts with him. Saint further claims Broner falsely implied they had engaged in sexual activity during a live stream, despite her assertion that no such encounter occurred.
The legal complaint also names Shabazz as a defendant. Saint accuses him of defamation for allegedly stating during a live stream that she had sexual relations with multiple individuals in a residence.
Saint's lawsuit seeks damages from Broner for sexual battery and assault. Both Broner and Shabazz face claims of defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Despite recent tensions over allegedly unpaid streaming appearance fees, Shabazz and Broner maintain a collaborative relationship on social media platforms. The two appeared together on a joint live stream with entertainer Ray J last week.
The yacht incident demonstrates Shabazz's continued support for Broner as both men navigate the pending litigation. Neither defendant has publicly addressed the specific allegations detailed in Saint's complaint.
