Alleged Victim Seeks Streaming Contract in Clavicular Battery Case

The plaintiff in a sexual battery lawsuit against influencer Clavicular is taking steps to access his financial agreement with streaming platform Kick, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza filed court documents seeking to compel Kick to produce Clavicular's streaming contract, TMZ reports. The legal maneuver appears designed to determine the influencer's earnings from the platform as the civil case proceeds.

Mendoza alleges that Clavicular provided her with alcohol and engaged in sexual activity with her while she was a minor. The lawsuit further claims he injected her face with Aqualyx, a non-FDA-approved substance, despite lacking a medical license to perform such procedures.

According to the complaint, the alleged injection occurred during one of Clavicular's livestream broadcasts. The defendant has categorically denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

New court filings indicate that Mendoza continues to await production of the contract from Kick. The plaintiff asserts she has witnesses prepared to corroborate her account of events.

In her legal filings, Mendoza characterizes Clavicular as an adult with more than one million followers who allegedly targeted a vulnerable minor from a troubled background.

Clavicular's attorney, Steve Kramer, previously addressed the allegations. "These are allegations only and remain unproven. [Clavicular] denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself," Kramer told TMZ.

The outcome of Mendoza's effort to obtain the streaming contract remains pending as the litigation continues through the court system.
