Bianca Censori stepped into her role as stepmother during a Wednesday shopping excursion with two young members of the Kardashian family, according to photographs obtained by TMZ.
The 31-year-old wife of Kanye West was photographed on August 26 at a Los Angeles mall alongside Chicago West, 8, and Dream Kardashian, 9. The trio appeared comfortable together as they navigated the shopping center with a security guard in attendance.
Censori wore an all-black bodysuit for the outing, while both girls coordinated in white tank tops paired with blue jeans. Chicago is the youngest daughter of West and his former wife Kim Kardashian, while Dream is the daughter of Kim's brother, Rob Kardashian, and his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna.
The rapper, 49, shares four children with Kim Kardashian: daughter North, 13, son Saint, 10, daughter Chicago, and son Psalm, 7. Censori married West in December 2022, and he has publicly praised her relationship with his children on multiple occasions.
In a January 2024 Instagram post celebrating Censori's birthday, West wrote: "Happy birthday to the most beautiful super bad iconic muse. The most amazing stepmom to our children. I love you so much. Thank you for sharing your life with me."
The Australian architect opened up about her personal journey earlier this year during a February interview with Vanity Fair, discussing a rehabilitation stay in Spain that she credited with transforming her life.
"I needed to work on myself because I had patterns of things that I would do that would not just hurt me but would hurt the people around me," Censori told Vanity Fair. "I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness."
She described herself as "very emotionally dysregulated" before treatment and revealed she had been self-medicating with benzodiazepines. West financed her rehabilitation, which Censori described as having a "ridiculous" cost but immeasurable value.
"I would blame someone else if I wasn't feeling good. [Rehab] changed my life. How was I a completely different person? I was very emotionally dysregulated, and I can function now," she told Vanity Fair.
Censori told West that the treatment meant more to her than any material gift, stating: "Anything that you have ever bought me does not equate to how important this was to me."
Kim Kardashian, 45, and West separated in 2021 and completed their divorce proceedings the following year. Despite the dissolution of their marriage, both parents have emphasized their commitment to raising their children cooperatively.
"We'll always be family," Kim Kardashian said in a February interview with Complex. "We both know that. We will be OK, and there's so much love for our family. We want what's best for our kids."
