A former New Orleans Saints tight end has made explosive allegations about Kim Kardashian's dating life during her relationship with running back Reggie Bush, claiming the reality television star maintained romantic connections with multiple men simultaneously.
Jeremy Shockey, a two-time Super Bowl champion who played alongside Bush with the Saints, shared his perspective on the high-profile relationship during an appearance on Shannon Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" podcast. The former tight end painted a picture of Bush as emotionally invested in Kardashian while suggesting she was not equally committed.
When Sharpe inquired whether Kanye West or former Dallas Cowboys receiver Miles Austin had overlapping relationships with Kardashian during her time with Bush, Shockey responded without hesitation. "I think she was juggling three or four guys at the same time. She should be in the circus," he said on the podcast.
Shockey recounted witnessing Bush's emotional attachment firsthand, describing an uncomfortable moment during training camp when he sat through a speakerphone conversation between the couple while riding with the running back. The former teammate suggested Bush was deeply committed to the relationship despite the alleged complications.
The retired NFL player also referenced what some have termed the "Kardashian curse," suggesting Bush's career trajectory shifted downward following his involvement with the reality star. However, Shockey tempered his criticism with praise, describing Kardashian as a good person and acknowledging her business acumen. He noted that he always anticipated she and her family would achieve significant fame.
Despite these compliments, Shockey maintained that the relationship between Kardashian and Bush was far more complicated than public appearances suggested. His comments offer a rare insider perspective on one of the reality star's earlier high-profile romances, years before her marriage to West and subsequent relationships.
The podcast appearance marks one of the few times a former teammate has publicly discussed Bush's personal life during his playing days with the Saints. Bush and Kardashian dated during a period when both were rising to prominence in their respective fields—Bush as an NFL star and Kardashian as a reality television personality building her entertainment empire.
