Our community's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City continues to set the standard for workplace excellence, earning its third consecutive New Jersey Top Workplace designation for 2026. The casino resort ranked 13th among New Jersey companies with 500 or more team members and stood alone as the only Atlantic City casino to make the list of 125 honorees statewide.
The recognition reflects the voices of more than 1,000 Hard Rock team members who participated in anonymous surveys conducted by Energage, an independent human resources technology and research firm. These surveys measure workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational health—making the designation a true reflection of team member satisfaction rather than management claims.

The timing couldn't be better, as Hard Rock Atlantic City prepares to celebrate eight years of operation with a weekend of festivities. The celebration kicks off Friday, June 26, at 9 p.m. with North Beach's Annual Fireworks Display, a free event open to the public with multiple viewing locations along the north end of the Boardwalk.
The anniversary weekend continues Saturday, June 27, with a performance by James Taylor and his All-Star Band at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena. The resort will also debut Sitar, a highly anticipated upscale Indian restaurant that blends modern sophistication with deep cultural roots. The new dining concept will feature live music and Boardwalk views, adding another dimension to Atlantic City's evolving culinary scene.
