Influencers Agree to Film Content During Divorce Proceedings

A divorce case involving two social media influencers has produced an arrangement that reflects the evolving intersection of personal relationships and digital entrepreneurship in the modern era.

Dalton Memel filed for divorce from Ntsako Mathivha, but the separating couple has agreed to maintain their professional collaboration throughout the legal proceedings. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that the pair committed to recording content for their joint social media platforms at minimum twice weekly, with each session lasting no fewer than four hours.

The temporary court order establishes specific parameters for their continued business partnership. Both parties must reach agreement on content topics in advance and provide at least 24 hours notice when coordinating filming schedules. The arrangement represents an unprecedented approach to managing both marital dissolution and shared digital business interests simultaneously.

Financial transparency requirements form another component of the court order. Dalton Memel and Ntsako Mathivha must grant each other access to their social media and financial accounts, including providing updated login credentials whenever either party changes a password. Additionally, neither individual may withdraw more than $500 from business accounts without obtaining written approval from the other.

The couple shares a son who is nearly two years old. They have established a rotating parenting schedule to remain in effect while the divorce case proceeds through the legal system.

The case illustrates the complex legal and financial considerations that arise when influencers with substantial shared online platforms separate. Social media accounts that generate revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and content creation represent significant business assets that require careful management during divorce proceedings.

Whether the estranged couple will document their divorce experience as content for their followers remains unclear. The arrangement they have reached, however, ensures their business operations will continue functioning despite the personal changes both individuals are navigating.
