Jen Affleck, 27, has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband, Zac Affleck, 30, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The petition was submitted on Tuesday, November 3, in Utah, the state where the couple married in 2019.
The filing arrives while Jen is pregnant with the couple's fourth child, a pregnancy the pair announced in June. She also submitted a proposed parenting plan alongside the divorce petition, though the specifics of that plan remain private. Court records do not disclose the reason for the breakup or the custody arrangements Jen is seeking.
The timing places the divorce filing just over a week before the Thursday, November 12 premiere of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, a Hulu spinoff in which Jen appears. The original series, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, debuted in September 2024, and its cameras have followed the couple as they worked to sustain their marriage.
Jen and Zac first connected through Mutual, a dating app for the Mormon community, in 2018. They became engaged and wed the following year, in 2019.
