Karissa Shannon Confirms Hefner Twin Sex Pressure Claims

Former Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon has publicly confirmed disturbing allegations first raised by Hugh Hefner's widow, stating that the Playboy founder attempted to coerce her and her twin sister, Kristina Shannon, into sexual acts with each other. The confirmation came in a new interview with Page Six, as reported by TMZ.com on November 4, 2026.

According to TMZ.com, Karissa Shannon told Page Six, "He would try and force me and my sister to have sex with each other." The twins resided at the Playboy mansion from the ages of 18 to 20.

Karissa Shannon emphasized that the sisters never actually engaged in incestuous activity, but were instead compelled to simulate it. She told Page Six, "Like, really, we never, never had incest[uous] sex. Like, we never did that. We faked it. We faked it every time. And it was horrible. Like, we faked it completely."

The former Playmate said she decided to address the matter publicly following accusations from Crystal Hefner, who alleged that the Playboy founder tried to push the twins' heads "onto each other’s vaginas." Karissa Shannon stated that Crystal Hefner was frequently present when Hugh Hefner attempted to force the sisters together.

According to Karissa Shannon, Crystal Hefner was aware that the twins were faking the encounters, while Hugh Hefner was not. She told Page Six, "He wanted to see it and wanted us to fool around with each other and said that if we really loved each other, we would do it together."

This is not the first time Karissa Shannon has spoken about her experiences at the mansion. In the 2022 documentary series "Secrets of Playboy," she described every sexual encounter she and Kristina had with Hugh Hefner as an "assault" and said it felt "like rape."
