A Baltimore County paramedic received a 25-year prison sentence on Tuesday after admitting to contaminating his coworkers' food and documenting the acts on video, according to TMZ.com.
Christopher Carroll, 36, entered a guilty plea in August to three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluid. The sentencing followed a monthslong investigation into his conduct while employed as a first responder.
During the plea hearing, Baltimore County Assistant State's Attorney Logan Frye told the court that three videos captured Carroll ejaculating and urinating on county property without the consent of his coworkers, TMZ.com reported.
Carroll originally faced 20 counts, including three counts of malicious destruction of property. Those additional charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
The case has drawn attention to workplace safety and accountability within Baltimore County emergency services. The sentence was handed down on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, according to TMZ.com.
