Reality TV Star Ordered to Pay Ex $20K Spousal Support

A Michigan court has ordered reality television personality Jasmine Pineda to pay her former husband Gino Palazzolo $20,000 in spousal support following the finalization of their divorce, according to legal documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, June 26.

The court documents specify that Pineda, 39, must remit the spousal support at a rate of $500 per month over a period of 40 months. The payment schedule is set to commence on July 1, 2026, the first day of the month following the granting of the Judgment of Divorce.

The division of marital assets allocated the couple's Canton, Michigan property to Palazzolo, 57, while Pineda retains ownership of their residence in Dunedin, Florida. Each party will keep their personal belongings, including clothing, jewelry, and personal effects, as well as furniture and furnishings located within their respective properties. Palazzolo was also awarded the 2015 Ford Explorer.

Palazzolo's legal representative characterized the settlement as favorable to his client, stating that Pineda would not receive "one red cent" from Palazzolo. "Basically in a nut shell my client is a super nice guy he offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property," the lawyer told Us Weekly. "She asked for money she was not entitled to. Then attempted to default him in an out of state court. At which point my client was forced to defend himself. The end result, she's paying my client money and he is not paying her one red cent."

Pineda responded through her attorney Andrew J. Tahmazian, who issued a statement addressing what he characterized as ongoing public attacks. "My client has exercised remarkable restraint despite repeated public accusations that we believe are false and damaging. The legal process has concluded, yet the public attacks have not," Tahmazian said in a statement to Us Weekly on Friday. "We are issuing a formal cease-and-desist demand, and if these defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to pursue every legal remedy available. Reputation has value, and the law provides recourse when false statements cause harm."

Pineda's manager, Dominique Enchinton, also provided a statement defending the reality star's position. "For far too long, Jasmine has been forced to defend herself against a narrative that simply does not align with either the facts or the outcome of this case. The final divorce resolution speaks louder than months of interviews, online commentary, and accusations," Enchinton told Us Weekly.

Enchinton further emphasized that Pineda chose to settle rather than engage in prolonged litigation. "Jasmine chose peace over prolonged litigation. She honored a settlement so she could close this chapter and focus on her children, her family, and her future," the statement continued. "The legal process has concluded, and the outcome speaks for itself. Jasmine is choosing to move forward with grace, dignity, and purpose—not conflict."

The couple's relationship began online in 2019, and they married in June 2023. Their courtship and marriage were documented across multiple installments of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, including 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, the flagship series, and the spinoff 90 Day: The Last Resort.

According to Palazzolo's divorce filing in Michigan in July 2025, the couple separated on April 22, 2024. Pineda subsequently filed for divorce in Florida in August 2025, creating dual proceedings in separate jurisdictions.

The marriage became nonmonogamous by mutual agreement, a decision Palazzolo later expressed regret over. During this period, Pineda began a relationship with Matt Branistareanu, with whom she welcomed daughter Matilda in March 2025. Pineda also has two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship.

The finalization of the divorce marks the conclusion of legal proceedings that spanned nearly a year and involved filings in two states. Both parties have indicated through their representatives that they wish to move forward from the dissolution of their marriage.
