A St. Petersburg man was taken into custody early Saturday morning after allegedly filming explicit content for the subscription platform OnlyFans in a public park, according to law enforcement records.
Nathan Christopher Aleman was arrested around 5:00 AM on Saturday in St. Petersburg after a witness reportedly discovered him beneath a park pavilion engaged in a sexual act, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by CBS12.
The incident unfolded when a bystander allegedly observed Aleman with his pants down, touching himself in the public space. Rather than fleeing the scene when confronted, deputies say Aleman apologized to the witness and remained at the location until law enforcement officers arrived.
According to investigators, Aleman acknowledged exposing himself during questioning. He explained to deputies that he had been recording material for OnlyFans when the witness unexpectedly sat down in the vicinity of where he was filming.
The arrest highlights the ongoing challenges law enforcement faces as content creators for subscription-based adult platforms sometimes choose public locations for their productions without authorization or consideration for community standards.
Aleman was processed and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. He faces a charge of first-offense exposure of sexual organs.
