Vegas Club Casino Debuts in New Jersey's Booming Market

Our state's online gaming industry welcomed a new player this week as Vegas Club Casino officially launched operations in New Jersey, entering a market that's experiencing unprecedented growth and activity.

G2 Digital, the company behind the new platform, has secured market access through Caesars Entertainment and received full licensing from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The launch positions Vegas Club Casino in one of North America's most competitive regulated gaming environments.

Behind the venture are gaming industry veterans Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander, who've built their business model around a philosophy that prioritizes lasting customer relationships rather than quick profits. Their approach emphasizes transparent promotional offers and rewards programs with fewer of the restrictive conditions that have become standard across much of the industry.

For Carlin, this represents his first online casino venture since his departure from Rush Street Interactive and Rush Street Gaming, companies he co-founded and led as CEO. Alexander brings his own track record from helping establish PlayStar in New Jersey, where he contributed to building the operation into a top-ten performer among the state's online casino operators.

The founders have designed Vegas Club Casino to evoke an earlier era of Las Vegas—when individual entrepreneurs, rather than massive corporations, shaped the casino landscape. In a press statement, Carlin emphasized the company's commitment to player experience: "Creating a great online gaming experience means delivering authentic excitement, real player protections, and the feeling that every player is a VIP. Vegas Club Casino combines the timeless appeal of classic Las Vegas with the transparency and security of a fully regulated online casino. We look forward to earning players' loyalty through fair play and a fun, exciting experience."

The timing of this launch reflects broader momentum in New Jersey's online casino sector. Vegas Club Casino joins two other brands that debuted in June, creating a three-way launch month that equals the total number of new entrants over the preceding four-and-a-half years combined.

These launches coincide with record-breaking financial performance across the state's online casino market. June alone generated $271 million in gross gaming revenue, representing a 17.5% increase compared to the same month in 2025. The first six months of 2026 have produced more than $1.59 billion in gross gaming revenue, marking a 15.0% jump from the first half of last year.

New Jersey residents aged 21 and older who are physically within state borders can access Vegas Club Casino through iOS and Android apps or by visiting NJ.PlayVegasClub.com. The platform offers hundreds of slot games, traditional table games, and various player incentives and promotional programs.

Carlin's current business interests include ownership and management of Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, which developed and operates two New Hampshire properties: Beach Club Casino and Lilac Club Casino. His earlier career included co-founding Rush Street Gaming, which built seven land-based casino properties throughout North America, alongside Rush Street Interactive, now a major online casino and sports betting operator across the Americas.

Alexander's nearly 15 years in regulated online gaming markets most recently included his role with the PlayStar startup team that elevated the brand into New Jersey's top-ten operator rankings.

Looking ahead, G2 Digital has outlined expansion plans for Alberta, Ontario, and Pennsylvania, pending regulatory approvals in those jurisdictions.
