Wawa's New Shorti Tote Sells Out in Minutes

Wawa fans hoping to snag the chain's newest merchandise got a taste of what it's like when a popular item drops — the Shorti Tote bag sold out online in just minutes Thursday morning.

Our beloved convenience store teamed up with Lands' End to create a fresh line of accessories that celebrates Wawa culture. The star of the collection is the Shorti Tote, a playful nod to the chain's signature Shorti hoagie that has become a staple for quick lunches across our region.

The collection, which also includes customizable charms and a graphic T-shirt, went on sale online at 7 a.m. Thursday. Despite the rapid online sellout, shoppers still have a chance to grab the items at participating New Jersey locations while supplies last.

Wawa tapped New Jersey natives Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers and his wife Danielle to model the new swag, bringing local star power to the launch. The couple showed off the collection in promotional materials for the food and fuel destination.

For those hoping to shop in person, Wawa has designated 27 participating locations, all concentrated along the Jersey Shore. These stores stretch from Manasquan down to Cape May, covering popular beach communities where summer visitors and locals alike can hunt for the limited-edition items.

Participating locations include stores in Sea Isle City (3800 Landis Avenue, Store #8243), Stone Harbor (9404 3rd Avenue, Store #8247), Avalon (2701 Ocean Drive, Store #8202), Somers Point (502 Shore Road, Store #8244), and Cape May (1426-28 Texas Avenue, Store #8204).
