Barbie Ferreira may not follow football closely, but the "Euphoria" star has a clear preference for the Super Bowl LXI halftime show. Speaking with TMZ at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday, Ferreira reacted to the outlet's report that Justin Bieber and Harry Styles are being considered for the performance.
Ferreira told TMZ that her 2013 self would have been thrilled to see either pop star on the halftime stage. When asked to pick between them, she declined, explaining that she grew up enjoying both One Direction and Bieber. Her solution, she said, is to have them perform together.
According to TMZ, Ferreira said she wants a duo and would absolutely attend a halftime show featuring both artists. TMZ previously reported that Bieber and Styles are both being considered by the NFL for the 2027 game, though neither has been approached and both are viewed as long shots.
Ferreira also has other projects in the works. She is currently collaborating with Kid Cudi on his new film, "Wrong Number." She praised Cudi, telling TMZ that the project allows him to showcase his visual-art side.
For Ferreira, the ideal halftime lineup is straightforward: Bieber and Styles, together.
