Hila Klein Files for Divorce From Ethan Klein

Hila Klein has filed for divorce from Ethan Klein, bringing an end to a marriage that began on October 10, 2012, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.com. The petition lists the couple's separation date as October 13, 2026.

The filing, submitted by attorney Laura Wasser, requests joint custody of the couple's three children and spousal support. Hila Klein is also seeking payment of her legal fees and restoration of her maiden name.

The legal action follows Hila Klein's public statement on Instagram, in which she disclosed that Ethan Klein had allegedly been unfaithful and that the two had separated. In that statement, she claimed he was "having an affair for months" and said that after initially downplaying the situation, he acknowledged the cheating.

Reflecting on the discovery, Hila Klein said, "I am living in a nightmare I can't wake from," according to TMZ.com.

The response was immediate. Ethan Klein's "H3 Podcast" crew publicly stated they would not continue working with him and expressed support for Hila Klein. Ethan Klein subsequently requested privacy for his family and announced he would step away from all of his podcasts, directing the proceeds to the crew. The "H3 Podcast" has since been placed on an indefinite hiatus.

The divorce filing marks a significant development in a story that has drawn widespread attention across social media and the podcasting community. For local readers following the couple's public journey, the court documents provide the first formal confirmation of the legal proceedings.
