A reality television contestant currently appearing on Love Island USA faced serious allegations years before entering the villa, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Tierra Davis was the subject of a 2018 restraining order filed by a woman named Shayla Woodard, who alleged that Davis threatened to shoot her with a gun after physically assaulting her. According to the court documents, Shayla was 16 years old at the time of the incident, while Tierra was 17.
The allegations stemmed from what Shayla described as jealousy involving Davis's ex-boyfriend. In the court filing, Shayla stated that she knew Davis through a friend of a former classmate but did not know her personally. She believed Davis was upset because she knew her ex-boyfriend.
According to the court documents, Shayla reported the incident to police, but alleged that Davis continued to harass her. She subsequently sought legal protection, requesting a restraining order that would require Davis to stop contacting her and to stay away from her and her family.
