Rapper Faces Profane Email Allegations in Paternity Case

Newly filed court documents have exposed an alleged email exchange between rapper Soulja Boy and the legal team representing Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of his child, revealing a contentious communication marked by profanity and hostility.

According to documents obtained by TMZ.com, the alleged email thread began after Soulja Boy contacted Martinez to discuss the paternity lawsuit she filed against him. Martinez's attorney subsequently reached out to the rapper, attempting to facilitate a resolution through proper legal channels.

The attorney's message to Soulja Boy stated, "Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately," according to the court filings. The lawyer also requested that Soulja Boy have his legal representative contact her office.

The rapper's alleged response, as documented in the court papers, was notably hostile. According to the filings, Soulja Boy replied with profanity, writing "F*** you" before adding, "Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to."

The email exchange represents the latest development in a paternity case that Martinez initiated in October 2025. In her lawsuit, she seeks legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son, KeAndre Way, while expressing willingness to allow Soulja Boy visitation rights.

Martinez's legal filings paint a picture of financial instability and communication difficulties. She claims to provide the majority of financial support for their son, stating that Soulja Boy "sometimes 'sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so.'" The mother is seeking formal child support orders through the court system.

The paperwork also details Martinez's unsuccessful attempts to serve Soulja Boy with legal documents, including an effort at one of his concerts. In her filing, Martinez characterized the rapper as having become "extremely volatile" and accused him of "intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward."

As of the document filing, Soulja Boy has not formally responded to the paternity case. The alleged email, if authenticated, could potentially impact how the court views his cooperation with legal proceedings and his willingness to engage in good-faith negotiations regarding custody and support arrangements for his son.

The case highlights the complexities that can arise in celebrity paternity disputes, particularly when informal communication breaks down and parties must navigate formal legal channels. The court will ultimately determine custody arrangements and financial support obligations based on the best interests of the child.
