ATLANTIC CITY — Atlantic City will bring back its Black Business Expo next week, offering local entrepreneurs and business owners an opportunity to network, promote their businesses and hear from industry leaders.

The free event will be held Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the All Wars Memorial Building, 1510 Adriatic Ave.

Organized by the City of Atlantic City’s Division of Economic Development, the expo is designed to showcase Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurship while connecting business owners with residents, organizations and other members of the local business community.

The event will include vendor exhibits, panel discussions and live radio interviews. A pop-up museum exhibit highlighting Black history and culture will also be featured.

City officials say the expo is part of a broader effort to strengthen Atlantic City’s small-business community and encourage economic growth.

The event is open not only to business owners but also to residents and visitors interested in supporting local entrepreneurs or making new professional connections.

Admission is free.

Free Marketing Workshop Set for Thursday

The Division of Economic Development is also offering a separate free workshop this week aimed at helping Atlantic City business owners improve how they market their companies.

“Makers & Marketing” will be held Thursday, Aug. 20, at The Seed: A Living Beer Project, 807 Baltic Ave.

The session will be led by Atlantic City Business Consultant Joe Molineaux and will focus on practical marketing tools and strategies that business owners can use to grow their ventures.

Networking begins at 5 p.m., followed by the workshop at 5:30 p.m.

Both events are part of Atlantic City’s ongoing efforts to provide resources and opportunities for entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
