Death Row Inmate Calls Herself 'Good Person' in Interrogation

Newly obtained interrogation footage shows Taylor Parker breaking down in tears while being questioned about the murder of Reagan Simmons-Hancock and the removal of her unborn daughter, Braxlynn, from her uterus. Throughout the questioning, which occurred just days after the killing, Parker repeatedly insisted she was a good person and claimed she would never understand what happened.

The interrogation video, obtained by TMZ.com, captures Parker providing investigators with her version of events from the night before the murder. According to her account, Simmons-Hancock was aware that Parker was not actually pregnant and had been helping her devise a plan to conceal the deception from her boyfriend, Wade Griffin.

In the footage, Parker describes being at Simmons-Hancock's residence while the two women discussed potential solutions. She claims Simmons-Hancock even volunteered to make a fake telephone call informing Parker that she had suffered a miscarriage, which would have provided cover for the fabricated pregnancy.
