Kim Kardashian offered fans a window into her summer plans on Monday, July 13, sharing intimate photos from a lakeside retreat with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton and her children.
The 45-year-old reality television star posted the images to Instagram, including a selfie featuring herself, the 41-year-old Formula 1 driver, and her daughter Chicago. Kardashian shares daughters North, 13, and Chicago, 8, and sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 7, with ex-husband Kanye West. The former couple married in 2014, with Kardashian filing for divorce in 2022. The proceedings concluded the following year.
Additional photographs in the post captured North holding a sparkler while flashing a peace sign to the camera. The eldest Kardashian-West child gazed off into the distance in the candid shot.
"Summers at the lake with my favorite people ✨🏄," Kardashian wrote in the caption accompanying the upload.
Us Weekly confirmed in February that Hamilton and Kardashian, who maintained a longtime friendship, had transitioned their relationship into a romantic one. The couple has gradually integrated their personal lives, with Hamilton spending time with Kardashian's children in recent months.
"Lewis loves kids so it's been fun for him," a source told Us Weekly in June. "The kids think Lewis is really cool, especially Chicago and Saint, who are completely fascinated by the fact that he drives race cars for a living."
The relationship has become increasingly public in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Hamilton addressed questions about his personal life during an appearance at Silverstone in the United Kingdom on July 2.
"You've been a happier man recently, why's that? Could that be a girlfriend?" a fan asked Hamilton while he stood on stage, according to the Daily Mail.
Broadcaster David Croft then interjected with humor. "You know why he's asking? He just needs to know if Kimi needs two towels or not," Croft said, apparently referencing Kardashian accidentally using Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli's towel at the Monaco Grand Prix. Kardashian subsequently sent the 19-year-old driver a replacement towel following the incident.
"Yeah, that's a good one," Hamilton responded with a laugh, before pivoting to discuss his professional achievements. He reflected on his time with Ferrari, describing the team as "the most iconic team of all time" despite their "difficult period of time."
"It's such an amazing team and they've been so welcoming," Hamilton said, according to the Daily Mail. "The first year was obviously very tough but to finally see the hard work we've been putting in, it's finally [getting] us back to where we want to be."
Hamilton concluded his remarks by acknowledging Kardashian. "And of course, of course it's Kim," he stated.
The Monday Instagram post marks another milestone in the couple's evolving relationship, demonstrating their comfort in sharing family moments with the public while maintaining their respective professional commitments.
