"When Henry finally told me he was jealous, I was genuinely confused," Knight stated in the release. "We'd been best friends for 10 years, and he'd never been jealous when I'd been with other guys because we were just friends."

The turning point came when Brayshaw articulated how romantic involvement had fundamentally changed his perspective on her work. "Then one day he said, 'Yeah, but Annie, I'm in love with you now. It's completely different,'" Knight recalled. "Looking back, it makes perfect sense, but at the time it was really confusing."

Knight, who generates income through videos shared on the adult-content platform OnlyFans, acknowledged that the first six to twelve months of their romance required significant adjustment. The couple became engaged just one week after they began dating, adding another layer of complexity to their evolving relationship.

The initial period proved challenging for Knight, who struggled with what she perceived as unequal expectations. "I actually felt resentful at first," she admitted in the release. "My friends would say, 'Henry's making a huge sacrifice by accepting your work,' and I'd immediately become defensive because I felt like I was sacrificing things too."
